First step to your renovation is to book your discovery call. Here we will discuss your project, answer questions, provide advice and give you a price range. If we are a good fit, we schedule your in-home consultation.
Step 02
In-Home consultation
During your in-home consultation, we take measurements and photos, discuss your needs, wants, your personal design style, and budgets. Nothing to sign or purchase, so no pressure. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other and provide a detailed estimate, emailed to you within 48 hours.
Step 03
Planning, Design and Contract
Once you’ve decided to work with us, we come back for a second measure and go over the design and estimate, ensuring all bases are covered. From here, we finalize contract and take a 50% deposit to order materials and get you on the schedule. Want to change the design, no problem! We can change as many times as needed after contract and deposit and before material order.
Step 04
Demo, Build and WArranty
It’s time to make your dream remodel a reality! We begin with demo (once all materials are on site), re-build and keep you in the loop with every step. Once completed, you have a two year installation warranty and a product manufacturers warranty. We are always here to help, even after the warranty.
