In-Home Scope and Budget Consultation

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll schedule an in-home visit.  We’ll walk through the space, define your scope, discuss materials, and align your vision with a realistic budget. 

💵 Investment: $250-$500 depending on the size of the project (credited toward your project if you move forward)

⏳ Typically 60-90 Minutes

 

Step 03

Design and Planning Phase

Once we’re aligned on scope and budget, we move into design.  This is where the magic happens-layout plans, material selections, and renderings come together to create a clear plan and final quote. 

🎨 Design Fee: Starting at $1,500 (non-refundable, not credited)

Includes floor plans, material guidance, and prep for construction.

Construction and Project management

With a plan in place, we manage every step of the remodel- from demo to final walkthrough.  We coordinate trades, track timelines, and keep you informed with regular updates.

It’s understandable that you don’t know a budget. Most people only remodel about four times in their lifetime.  This is why we schedule a discovery call and go over the cost range for your project.  This helps you create a realistic budget for your project(s). 

There are many varying factors in a bathroom remodel.  Size of shower, height of ceilings, moving plumbing, replacing vanities and tops, accessories, tub types, etc.   

The Average cost of a master bathroom remodel is between $35,000-$65,000 depending on many factors.  Some less and some more.  

The Average cost of a guest bathroom is between $18,000-$25,000 depending on many factors.  

*Be aware of low ball quotes that end up costing you more with bait and switch tactics.  

There are several factors to consider when remodeling a kitchen.  Are we removing walls?  Changing layouts? Price is also determined by how many cabinets and how many speciality cabinets, color, etc.  In order to properly estimate a kitchen, a detailed measure and wish list is needed.  

On average, kitchens can range between $20,000-$120,000.  So, the answer really is, it depends.   

You do not need to move out during the remodel.  Although, it is a better experience for you if you can.  However, we understand that’s not feasible for many.  We always advise setting up an area for you to relax and unwind during your remodel.  We will go over everything prior to starting your project.
