We start with a 30-minute phone call to talk through your project. You’ll send us a few photos of your space, and we’ll discuss your goals, challenges, and any inspiration you’ve been collecting.

We’ll also give you a ballpark budget based on similar projects we’ve done in the Phoenix area, so you can start with clarity.

📝 Step 2: In-Home Scope & Budget Consultation

If it feels like a good fit, we’ll meet in your home to dive deeper. This is a working session where we walk the space, clarify the scope of work, and help align your wishlist with a realistic budget range.

There’s a flat consultation fee for this visit—but if you decide to move forward, that fee is credited to your project.

🎨 Step 3: Design & Planning

Once the scope and budget are in place, we begin the design phase. This includes layout planning, finish selections, and renderings if needed. We also meet with trade professionals to prepare a detailed proposal.

This phase is paid separately and not credited to construction—because it’s where the real planning work happens, whether or not we build the project.

Now the fun begins! We bring your vision to life with trusted trades, clear communication, and expert oversight. We manage timelines, track materials, and ensure the job is done right—the first time.
