Redone Right

A guest bath rescued from a botched remodel: torn out and rebuilt from the studs with proper waterproofing and new tile, vanity and fixtures throughout.

The Challenge

The homeowner hired a different contractor first, then fired them mid-project after discovering improper waterproofing and incorrectly laid tile.

The Scope

We redid the entire bathroom with new materials and proper waterproofing, from the studs out, including a full Schluter-Kerdi waterproofing system, new tile, vanity, and fixtures throughout.

The Approach

Getting the waterproofing system right the first time means this guest bath won't have to be fixed twice.
